Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ruverin. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Order processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

Standard delivery within the United States takes 8 to 15 days from the moment your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing or high-demand periods.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package at any time. If you haven't received your tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package hasn't arrived within 25 days of shipping, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
